About Us
Welcome to Southern Family Medical Center, PC. We are an independent medical practice providing non-emergency medical services for people of all ages, regardless of a patient’s ability to pay. We stand apart from other clinics because we are a Christian based medical practice and seek to operate from the understanding that God loves you – no matter your color, nationality or religion.
We want to demonstrate his love to you through compassionate and exceptional medical care. We value the whole family, and are ready to serve you with Dr. Sean Lynch, Dr. Lauren Daniels and Dr. Patrick Walton are all Board Certified in Family Practice.
Our office offers the following services:
- x-ray
- spirometry
- audiometry
- EKG (electrocardiography)
- sports physicals
- pre-employment physicals
- drug/alcohol testing
- immunizations
- minor procedures
One of our goals is to minimize your wait to see a physician. Your first time here may take a little longer as we need to put your information into our computers. To assist us in your care, we have Physician Assistant’s (Tom Wieme, Abby Schwartz, Carly Schneider and Megan Shiver) who are available to see patients as well. Dr. Daniels, Abby Schwartz, Carly Schneider and Megan Shiver have a special interest in women’s health.
We welcome walk-ins based on availability, but will give priority to those patients who have scheduled appointments.
Our desire is to serve our patients and we are available at anytime. Because we are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week, we would appreciate after hour calls to be somewhat urgent. Medication refills and general questions can wait until the next business day. We will not call in narcotics or controlled substances after normal business hours. If you wish to leave a message on the medication refill line, a nurse will return your call in 24-48 hours.
We greatly appreciate you referring patients to us and appreciate your comments or suggestions for improving our services.
As we are concerned about both our patient’s physical and spiritual well being, we welcome the opportunity to pray for and with our patients. We desire to demonstrate the transforming power of the Gospel to all those who come in contact with our practice.

Southern Family Medical Center is a National Health Service Corps approved site
As an NHSC approved site, we offer a sliding fee schedule based on income. Check with the front desk for an application. A nominal fee applies to each visit. However, service will not be denied to approved applicants due to an inability to pay the nominal fee.
