NEW! Patients ages 18 and over may contact our office to schedule their COVID-19 vaccination appointment.
In light of recent developments, we are suggesting that all patients with higher risk medical conditions or who are over the age of 60 reconsider their office visit this week.
If you are doing well and only need refills or have simple questions we request you do so through the portal or the nurse line. Your health is important to us. Let’s work together as a community to decrease the risk of coronavirus transmission by washing our hands, practicing social distancing and avoiding any large groups.
